Tamworth Quality Services - Outsourced Quality Management The key to our success has been our use of personnel who are experienced and trained in quality inspection and quality management disciplines. TQS UK North is committed to providing experienced quality personnel for the services required to meet customer needs. All our personnel are competent in the disciplines required for each customer contract.

Clients have a right to interview our employees prior to assignment. All employees are selected following an interview to assess suitability, and training is provided to ensure standards are maintained. A skills and training matrix is employed to ensure correct skills are available to meet clients' requirements.

All our personnel have the following minimum person specifications and skill sets:

Containment and Inspection Personnel
Quality Solutions Personnel
Logistics Solutions Personnel
